1. Terms Acceptance

By downloading or using the Bloom—21 Day Challenge mobile application (“Bloom”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

2. Account Registration and Security

Bloom offers account creation via third-party authentication services, such as Apple ID or email verification using Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Description

Bloom is an action-oriented productivity app that provides habit-tracking and AI-guided coaching (Luna AI). Our services are provided for informational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, or psychological advice.

4. Subscription and Billing

Certain features are only available under a Premium subscription. We use RevenueCat and the Apple App Store for billing management:

• All subscription payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support according to their refund policies.
• Premium features are subject to change as the app evolves.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Bloom, its logos, app icons, task templates, and AI coaching algorithms (Luna AI) are the intellectual property of the Bloom Development Team. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our service without explicit written permission.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use Bloom to post any content that is harmful, offensive, or in violation of third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in misuse or abuse of the AI Coaching feature.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bloom is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application. Your personal results may vary depending on your individual commitment to the challenges.
