1. How does the 21 Day Challenge work?

The 21 Day Challenge is based on scientific habit-formation principles. Each day, Bloom provides micro-challenges designed to be "too small to fail" but "big enough to build momentum." As you progress, the challenges scale based on your assessment results.

2. What is my "Lazy-Type"?

During onboarding, you completed a 13-step assessment. This identifies your specific blocks: Physical Fatigue, Mental Fog, Procrastinative Inertia, or Overwhelmed Avoidance. This allows Bloom to tailor your missions to your psychology.

3. How do I use Luna AI Coach?

Luna is available 24/7 in the AI Coaching tab. You can ask for motivation, tips on completing a specific task, or how to overcome a sudden desire to procrastinate. Luna is powered by Gemini and acts as your personalized habit mentor.

4. My progress isn't syncing across devices. What should I do?

Ensure you are signed in with the same account (Apple or Email). Bloom uses Supabase for secure cloud sync. If you encounter issues, try going to Settings > Account > Sync Manually.

5. How do I manage my Premium subscription?

All Bloom Premium subscriptions are handled through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID Settings on your iPhone.
